At .406 SwingLab, we want you to shop with confidence while also ensuring product integrity and safety.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused, unopened merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All tags, seals, and protective wrap must be intact

  • Return must be authorized prior to shipment

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Baseball bats once packaging is opened or the bat has been used

  • Batting gloves

  • Protective gear (elbow guards, leg guards, sliding mitts, etc.)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Used or opened apparel

  • Services, including bat fittings, lessons, evaluations, and digital reports

Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Bat Warranty Information

Baseball bats are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by .406 SwingLab directly. Warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer, though we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

 

Local Pickup & Delivery

All local pickup and local delivery sales are final once the item has been received. Please inspect your purchase at the time of pickup or delivery.
